TRAMONTANA RETORNO ABSOLUTO AUDAZ, FI

Investment policy
The fund's management objective is to achieve a return higher than the one-year Eonia rate plus 500 basis points with an annualized volatility lower than 20% and an average annualized volatility, under normal circumstances, of 13%. The fund will employ opportunistic and fundamental management techniques rather than "behavioral finance" and will utilize quantitative approaches. Therefore, investments may be made based on short- and medium-term opportunities, such as significant valuation discounts in markets, issuers in accelerated placement processes of company packages, initial public offerings (IPOs), etc. The fund invests in both national and international Fixed Income and Equity assets issued by public or private entities from any country, mainly from OECD member countries. There are no limits in terms of market capitalization for the Equity portion, nor are there predefined credit quality limits for the Fixed Income portion, which can include high-quality (A- or higher), medium-quality (between BBB- and BBB+), or low-quality (BB+ or lower, up to a maximum of 30%) credit ratings. The fund may also invest in derivative financial instruments traded on organized markets and over-the-counter (OTC) with the purpose of both hedging and investment.
