GVC GAESCO ZEBRA US SMALL CAPS LOW POPULARITY, FI

Investment policy
The fund invests in American Small Caps companies included in the Russell 2000 Total Return Index, utilizing a discretionary selection strategy by the management company called the LOW POPULARITY FACTOR. This strategy is based on the premise that "Less Popular" companies for investors have a higher expected return than "More Popular" companies. The selection of each chosen value is based on the market context, independent of their composition and weight in the index.
The minimum exposure to equities (Equity) will be 75%, up to 100%, in American Small Caps companies, with low market capitalization and without sectoral concentration, included in the Russell 2000 Total Return Index.
The exposure to fixed income (Fixed Income) will be a maximum of 25% in assets primarily from issuers in North America and OECD countries. These assets must have a minimum investment-grade credit rating (-BBB) and an average portfolio duration of less than 1 year.
Investments will be made in derivative financial instruments, limited to Futures on the Russell 2000 index and the S&P Small Caps 600 index, as well as options on stocks.
