GVC GAESCO VALUE MINUS GROWTH MARKET NEUTRAL, FI Clase I

Investment policy
Between 75% - 90% of the portfolio will be invested in equities from any country in the world, primarily from OECD member countries, with a minimum market capitalization at the time of purchase of 2 billion euros and categorized as "Value" according to the proprietary methodology developed by the management company. Investment will also be made in derivative financial instruments traded on organized markets for the purpose of hedging the entire long-term equity investment. These derivatives will be sold futures on the following "Growth" equity indices: Nasdaq-100; MSCI World Growth or MSCI Europe Growth. As a result, the exposure to equity will be zero and/or tend towards zero, in other words, it will be market neutral. However, the difference between the purchased "Value" equity portion and the sold "Growth" index futures portion could be + - 20%, mainly to allow flexibility in beta hedging. For the remainder of the portfolio, investment can be made in non-traded money market instruments that are liquid, with a minimum medium credit rating (at least BBB-) or the same as that of the Kingdom of Spain at any given time.
