GVC GAESCO GLOBAL EQUITY VALUE PLUS CLASE A

Investment policy
The fund will invest between 75% and 100% in equity securities, either national or international, with a focus on companies mainly from the United States and European countries within the OECD. These companies can have low, medium, or high market capitalization and will primarily follow a "value" investment approach. These "value" companies should exhibit a strong balance sheet, reasonable valuation ratios, and a low Market Capitalization to Book Value ratio, usually not exceeding 3.
The fund can allocate up to a maximum of 20% in national or international collective investment schemes (IICs) that follow the "Value" philosophy. These IICs can belong to the same group or not as the management company, and they may or may not be funds of the management company's own creation.
The remaining allocation will be in fixed income securities, either public or private, from national or foreign issuers, as well as in deposits and money market instruments not traded on organized markets. These fixed income assets will maintain a credit quality equal to that of the Kingdom of Spain at any given time, with an average portfolio duration of the fixed income segment being less than 2 years.
The exposure to currency risk will be over 35%, and the exposure to emerging market risk will be up to 10%.
The fund will invest in derivative financial instruments using a combination of trend-following strategies (moving averages) and counter-trend strategies. The goal is to reduce volatility, enhance returns, and achieve an improved risk-to-return ratio in the medium and long term. The maximum exposure to market risk through derivatives will be 60% of the net asset value. Derivative trading on organized derivatives markets will be used for investment purposes. This trading involves risks due to the associated leverage. The maximum exposure to market risk through derivative financial instruments is the net asset value.
The fund's management will use the MSCI AC WORLD TOTAL RETURN index as a reference for performance measurement. This index is used for informational and comparative purposes to provide participants with insights into the potential risk of their investment in the fund.
