Investment policy
The Fund will invest a minimum of 90% of its assets in eligible financial UCITS, whether harmonized or not (with a maximum of 30% for the latter), from the same Group (up to 25%) or from other management companies. Up to 30% may be invested in alternative management UCITS. The exposure to equities will range between 30% and 75% in securities issued by companies from any country worldwide, primarily from OECD countries. The exposure to fixed income will range between 25% and 70% in securities issued by public or private issuers from OECD countries, with an average credit rating (between BBB- and BBB+) and up to a maximum of 25% in assets with lower credit quality (below BBB-) or no credit rating; and in assets with the same credit quality as the Kingdom of Spain at any given time. The average duration of the fixed income will be less than 5 years. The exposure to emerging markets will be up to a maximum of 30%, and the currency risk exposure may reach 100%. Derivatives traded and non-traded in organized derivative markets may be used for hedging and investment purposes. The management takes as a reference the performance of the MSCI AC WORLD TOTAL RETURN index (50%) for equity investments and the BARCLAYS EURO GOVERNMENT 1-3 YEARS index (50%) for fixed income investments.
