GVC GAESCO CROSSOVER- GEOPOLITICAL HEDGING RVMI, CLASE I

Investment policy
The fund's objective is to hedge geopolitical risks through the use of financial indices related to Gold and Silver, as both have a counter-cyclical function when geopolitical risks arise. To achieve this, the fund combines the following strategies: i) derivatives on financial indices related to Gold and Silver; ii) UCITS ETFs with exposure to Gold and Silver; iii) publicly traded mining companies (Equity miners) in the Gold and Silver sector.

Exposure to equities (stocks) will be a minimum of 55% up to 75% of the portfolio, invested in equities issued by companies primarily from OECD countries with a sector concentration in the mining industry. Companies can be of low, medium, or high market capitalization.

Exposure to fixed income (bonds) will be a minimum of 25% up to 45% of the portfolio, invested in public or private fixed income securities primarily issued by countries from the OECD, with a minimum credit quality of BBB- and with an average duration of the fixed income portfolio of less than 2 years.

Investment in deposits and non-traded money market instruments will be up to 20%, with the same credit rating as the fixed income investments. Exposure to emerging markets will be up to 30%, and exposure to currency risk will be above 30%. Investment in investment funds (IIC) will be less than 50%, including those from the Group, mainly focusing on ETFs related to Gold and Silver.

The management's benchmark for equities investments is MSCI ACWI WORLD NET TOTAL RETURN (Eur), and for fixed income, it's EURIBOR 12-month. The LBMA GOLD PRICE index is also used as a reference for the equity part related to Gold.
