Investment policy
The management objective is to achieve returns by combining investment strategies: i) trading in direct equities and fixed income assets, ii) investment in Futures on equity indices (-100% + 100%), and iii) investment in Futures on fixed income indices (-100% + 100%). The "Momentum" investment strategy is based on the continuation of existing trends in the markets.Exposure to equities (stocks) will range from 0% up to 100% of the portfolio, invested in equities issued by companies primarily from OECD countries. Companies can be of low, medium, or high market capitalization without sector concentration.
Exposure to fixed income (bonds) will range from 0% to 100%, invested in public or private fixed income securities primarily issued by countries from the OECD, with a minimum credit quality of BBB- and up to 20% without a defined credit quality. The average duration of the fixed income portfolio will be less than 7 years.
Exposure to emerging markets will be up to 15%, and exposure to currency risk will be up to 80%. Investment in deposits with credit institutions and non-traded money market instruments will be up to 20%, with the same credit rating as the fixed income investments. Investment in investment funds (IIC) will be up to 30%, including those from the Group.
The management's benchmark for fixed income investments is EURIBOR 12-month plus 7%, and for equities, it's MSCI WORLD NET TOTAL RETURN EUR.
