GVC GAESCO CROSSOVER- BDS GLOBAL INCOME CLASE A

Investment policy
The investment management will involve combining various strategies, primarily through i) highly active management in selling options (using Beta, Delta, and Sigma parameters) and futures of the S&P 500 index, which entails a significant component of investment in the North American market, and ii) investment in fixed-income assets. The exposure to fixed income (FI) will be between 0% and up to 100% of the portfolio in public or private FI securities issued by OECD countries, with a minimum credit quality of BBB-. The average duration of the FI portfolio will be less than 15 years. There will be no direct exposure to equities. There will be no investment in emerging markets. The exposure to currency risk will be up to 100%. Investment in derivative financial instruments will be for both hedging and investment purposes, exclusively in S&P 500 index futures and options, US bond futures, and EUR/USD currency futures. The maximum notional exposure in derivatives will be 60% of the notional. The management references the performance of the annually compounded Euribor rate plus 3.25%, with the management objective being to achieve an unguaranteed return higher than the aforementioned reference index while maintaining a maximum volatility level below 12.5% and an average volatility level of 7% in terms of annualized volatility.
