Investment policy
The fund will engage in opportunistic asset investment, taking advantage of special situations such as the possibility of corporate transactions, takeovers (OPAs), situations arising from share compositions, and particularly evident valuation discounts.

Exposure to equities will range from a minimum of 30% to a maximum of 75% of the assets, invested in national and international equity securities issued by companies from OECD countries, predominantly European. The selected companies will generally be high-cap stocks without sector concentration, with a bias towards smaller companies.

Exposure to fixed income will be capped at 70% of the assets, invested in public or private fixed income securities issued by OECD countries, primarily within the Eurozone. The securities will have a minimum credit quality of BBB- and up to 30% can be invested in unrated securities. The average portfolio duration of the fixed income segment will be less than 7 years.

The fund's management is benchmarked against the EURIBOR 12-month index for the fixed income investment portion and the MSCI EUROPE NET TOTAL RETURN index for the equity investment portion. These indices are used for informative and comparative purposes only.
