Zamit Capital is a multi-sector investment vehicle managed by the GVC Gaesco Group. The investment objective is to support the growth of Spanish SMEs by taking minority stakes in companies operating businesses with growth potential and provided with a professional management team capable of executing a reasonable business plan.

4. Zamit Capital Capital takes minority stakes, giving full confidence to the current management team. This achieves a full alignment of interests between both parties.
1. We invest in Spanish companies whose revenues have been growing at around 15-20% per year and whose EBITDA is between €1-6 million.
2. We allocate between 1 and 5 million of our capital in each company we invest in, with the possibility of co-investing with other parties.
